🧁 Lifetime Membership of ABC Cooking

In 2024, I resigned from my role as product manager at BUKA after almost seven years with the company. Following my resignation, I took a break before transitioning to new my position at Flip. Initially, I planned to spend my time off traveling, in and outside of Indonesia, but due to personal health reasons, I was unable to do so. Instead, I immersed myself in various activities around Jakarta. My days were filled with morning tennis sessions, cafes hopping, camping in Bogor (I will share about this in a different post), and enrolling in one of most renowned cooking classes in Indonesia, ABC Cooking.

I enrolled in ABC Cooking in May 2024 after having a trial class with my friend from BUKA, Pat. She invited me to join her at the ABC Cooking branch in PIK Avenue. During the session, we prepared a dish called "Spiral Vegetables Cream Cheese Tart with Lemon Bars", which blended elements of both cooking and baking.

What do I get as a member of ABC Cooking?

1. Lifetime Membership - Once you enroll, you become a lifelong member of ABC Cooking, as long as the company continues to operate.
2. Free Trial Class by Inviting Friends - You can invite friends to join a trial class with special discounts, and you get to cook for free alongside them.
3. International Passport - ABC Cooking has branches in multiple countries, including Japan, Singapore, Thailand, and more. As a member, you get one free visit per country to attend a class there.

These are the three main benefits of becoming an ABC Cooking member. My favorite is point 2, where I can invite as many friends as I want to join trial classes, and I get to enjoy free classes in the process!

Curious about how and what you will learn in ABC? Not sure if ABC Cooking Studio is the one for you? Fret not! They do have trial lessons for you to try out.

Trial lessons are open to all non-members and are designed to let you learn more about ABC Cooking Studio and to have fun. Each lesson is maximum 2 hours.

Ingredients, equipment, printed recipe, and packaging (cake/bread) are provided.  Meanwhile, please bring your own takeaway bag and apron. For cooking lesson, customers are mandatory to dine in. They have trial lesson every day and almost in every hour!
